Kathleen Franklin- has more than twenty-seven years of occupational safety knowledge and consultation experience, she is also Certified Safety and Health Officer (CSHO’s) for General Industry and Construction. Before joining the Texas Department of Insurance - Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI -DWC) OSHA Consultation Program (OSHCON) as a Safety Consultant for the last 10 years, Ms. Franklin served in the United States Air Force for twenty-one years where safety was a key part of her work responsibilities.
