He will explain what ergonomics is and how it can affect your employees' productivity.   He will talk to you about your job descriptions and how important they are.  He will cover how to complete a job analysis when your employees are having excessive injuries in a certain job position and possible ways to correct the circumstances that may be causing the injuries.  Larry tries to include his audience in his presentation and this will prove to be a very imformative and therefore, a great benefit to you and your company.
