Sexual harassment is a serious problem -- one that, according to the EEOC, cost businesses $400 million in settlements just in 2016.
Many employers believe they have sufficiently addressed sexual harassment in their workplace. But a series of high-profile harassment allegations in the entertainment industry, the media, business and politics has acted as a wake up call. What more can we do?
February's program will examine how employers can get back to basics, step up training and policies to prevent harassment and engage company leaders in harassment prevention - and what to do when allegations of harassment arise.

Stephanie Doss is the HR Director at Landmark Life in Brownwood and is current President of the MTHRMA Chapter. She has over 15 years' HR experience including employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development.
Jim Rooney owner of Peoples Smart Tools has over 30 years of experience in presenting workplace communication solutions. He has taught over 25 classes on avoiding sexual harassment.
