About the Presenters: Todd Grierson is HR evangelist at BambooHR. In that role, he is on a mission to permanently set HR free from the barriers that consistently plague professionals in small and medium businesses worldwide. He currently leads the BambooHR team responsible for disseminating strategic HR education to more than 100,000 HR professionals every year. 

Peter Swaniker is the founder of Ximble, a provider of cloud-based workforce management software that helps small to medium-sized businesses optimize their workforces. Clients include Starbucks, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and Accenture. Prior to founding Ximble, Swaniker worked with companies such as Kelley Blue Book and buy.com, where he architected and built enterprise software solutions.
