Beth Ashmore, COO and Co-Owner of Ashmore & Associates
Beth is Past President of the Lubbock Chapter of Executive Forum, Past President of the Lubbock Area Association of Life Underwriters, and Past President of the Lubbock Area Association of Health Underwriters. During the development of Texas small group reform, Beth served two years as legislative chair on the legislative tema for the Texas Association of Health Underwriters; the team accomplished all of the editing and final bill language. Beth has served as the national legislative director of this association and an additional five years on the committee. For her distinguished contributions to the insurance industry and the local community, Beth was awarded the Hollis Roberson Award in 1998, the Harold R. Gordon Memorial Award in 2011, and the YMCA Award of Excellence in 2002 among many others.
Her presentation to the Mid-Tex Human Resource Management Association will be an informative meeting on Health Care Reform to our members and guests. Beth has allowed ample time for time for your questions at the end.
