Coaching for Managers Seminar, presentor Steven English
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the benefits of Coaching and the three vicious cycles that are avoided by using Coaching.
- Review the value and benefits of Coaching questions brought to One on Ones.
- Identify a framework that can be used to create an empowering conversation.
- Describe and demonstrate the suggested open-ended questions to use with team members.
- Demonstrate your ability to utilize the framework and questions in a judgment free, supportive environment.
- Build a Coaching habit that will help the team to become more self-sufficient, be more focused and reconnect to the work that has impact as well as meaning.
